A Study On The Satisfaction Degree Of Returning Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurship

Innovation is the soul of social progress,and entrepreneurship is an important way to promote the development of social economy and improve the people's livelihood,innovation and entrepreneurship complement each other.The nineteenth National People's Congress put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization",the idea of the government's insistence on the priority of agricultural and rural development,the general requirements for the prosperity of the industry,the livability of the ecology,the civilization of the countryside,the effective management and the prosperity of life,The beautiful scenery and ways of realizing rural development are clearly presented to us.With the development of the society,people's ideas are also changing.Under the call of the government "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more migrant workers are no longer in the city,but they are choosing to return home to start their own business.Under the conditions of the market economy,such as the Fuyang City,which was originally the output of labor,will undertake some industrial transfer from the developed areas,and the corresponding opportunity to start a lot of business.Fuyang is a famous labor export city.In recent years,with the increase of production costs in developed areas,some enterprises tend to transfer the industry to the Fuyang area.Many migrant workers see the potential of the future development of their hometown,and return home to start their own businesses.The process of entrepreneurship will be affected by many factors.Therefore,we should take some measures to improve the satisfaction of entrepreneurial migrant workers.This paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the entrepreneurial situation of the migrant workers returning home in Chai Ji Town,Funan County by using the literature research method,field investigation analysis method,case study analysis method and comprehensive research analysis method,to understand the real situation of the entrepreneurs,and to analyze the variables affecting the entrepreneurial satisfaction of the migrant workers returning home by using the measurement software.To the most significant variables affecting entrepreneurial satisfaction,and at the same time,based on the actual situation in Chai Ji Town,this paper proposes a way to improve entrepreneurial satisfaction.The results are as follows: whether access to loans,education,training,family background,technical experience,social ability,risk resistance,and whether access to policies have a significant impact on entrepreneurial satisfaction,the government can actively introduce policies to improve the entrepreneurial environment for migrant workers and improve their environment.The satisfaction of returning rural migrant workers to entrepreneurship.The innovation point of this paper is to combine the data collected by our own to do model statistical analysis,to dig out the relationship between these data,and to find out the significant variables that affect the satisfaction of entrepreneurship through analysis.At the same time,some suggestions on improving the satisfaction of the entrepreneurial satisfaction are put forward in the light of the actual situation of Chai Ji Town...
