Policy Research On Difference In The Living Standards Of Peasants Before And After Land Requisition

The survey showed there is a big difference for the changes in the standard of living at the land before and after between different regions of the landless peasants. Compared to before land requisition, the standard of living of landless peasants after the land requisition in some areas has improved, but the standard of living of landless peasants in other areas after the land requisition has declined. Therefore, we should recognize that only through analysis and research the difference for the changes in the standard of living at the land before and after between different regions of the landless peasants, we can find a reasonable effective and practical way to safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of landless peasants.Through the research on the two provinces and four regions, this article fristly adopt scientific methods of evaluation of the standard of living, and from many aspects including income levels, consumption levels, land compensation, social security and land resettlement situation analysis of different parts of the land requisition system before and after their living standards, secondly analysis of different areas of the differences, and say that the difference was due to regional economic development level, income and consumption change and land acquisition process transparent, and other factors, thirdly find to improve the living standards of the path of landless peasants then suggests the possible solutions which could be sited as reference of the governments in policy-making.
