Traditional assumption development method although tallied the development craft compare with real estate of process, but the method is a kind of static of the method ,isn't suitable for the maximum value of estimate the land. Finally, putting forward to -value assumption development method based on the traditional assumption development method, then gave examples of calculation and comparison respectively adopting two kinds of methods.
