The Study On Economic Effects Of Processing Trade In Jiangsu Province

Since 1990s, processing trade in Jiangsu made a big progress in scale and grade. It has become the main trading mode. But processing trade is much controversy for a long time. Some views take that processing trade is accord with the development of productivity and promote industry ability of developing country; while some views take that the over develop of processing trade has bring about problems to marketing economy. But how does processing trade effect economy of Jiangsu? This dissertation objectively makes a study on some of the economic effects of processing trade in Jiangsu.Start from theories on processing trade, the dissertation reviews research fruits both home and abroad. And subsequently, study on main effects which influence economic growth is carried out. This part is the key point of the article. On base of empirical analysis result, factors go against economic affects play are typically analyzed. Finally, policy suggestions aimed to promote the economic effects in Jiangsu are put forward.
