With the development of Global Economy and Reformation&Opening in China, escaping "comparative advantage trap" has become the key of China's foreign trade stratagem. In other words, cultivating technological innovation competence and upgrading industrial structure are main important measures to improve international competitive ability. Experiences reveal, increasing semi-finished product's R&D extent and strengthening the control of nuclear technological contributions are the Western MNCs' strategical basic, which keeps enterprises' international monopoly advantages. By structural analysis of China's trade products, it finds that, as finished products, consumable's export plays a significant role in the international trade structure. Therefore, strengthening finished product's R&D devotion becomes the basic of advancing finished product's international competitive ability and achieving trade expansion and struction diversion. Taking finished product's R&D as strategical emphases is not only beneficial to achieve trade's sustaining and steady expansion, but also an instructive attempt to R&D mode different to Western MNCs'. This paper starts from finished consumable's characters of economy and technique to put forward finished products' 'crisscross R&D' mode. This mode describes a growing route that China's trade expansion stratagem will turn to rely on technical innovation finally, which is based on consumers' demands and via to advance finished product's quality level and optimize structure. Hereby, it puts forward correlative policy suggestions.
