With the development of economy, reward is becoming a increasingly sensitive problem and hard to tackle. To the employees, reward is more than a sum of money, it is a symbol of one's identity, status, competence and achievement. A reasonable and efficient reward system can not only stimulate the employees' incentive and initiative to urge them to realize the organization's goals and to enhance the organization's efficiency, but help it to attract and keep better qualified staff in this highly competitive society. Thus, special attention should be paid to the reward system. Based on the research of current theories of reward management, this essay first defines the concept of reward, then analyzes the present situation of reward management in Hunan Yixintai Textitle Corp. Ld. Combining theories with cases and makes use of the result of investigation , this essay aims at the reward system the corporation and put forward the strategy and the scheme of designing the reward system .
