Research On The Present Situation Of Land Utilization And Management Mode Of Expressway In Anhui Province

Taking present situation of land utilization，management mode and the improving countermeasures of expressway in Anhui Province as the main line, using the methods of literature analysis, field investigation method, combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis, aiming to realize the sustainable development of Expressway in Anhui province, the article discusses the improving ways of management mode of expressway in Anhui province.As an important transport infrastructure, expressway supports the national economic and social development, it is produced with the development of the social and economic, at the same time as well as an important symbol of modernization of the national highway traffic, it reflects a country’s overall strength. By the end of2011, the expressway mileage in Anhui province has reached3009kilometers. The density of expressway network is107.27kilometers per hundred square kilometers which occupies the front row of the whole country. The rapid development of expressway bring a sever test to the operation management, the task of expressway management continue to grow. With the technological level of the expressway industry, the requirements of the expressway service are increasing.On the basis of background, through the analysis of management mode of Expressway in Anhui Province, we find that the current management mode of Expressway largely adapted to the needs of the expressway early stage of development. But with the rapidly increase in mileage of Expressway in Anhui Province, there have been certain problems existed in the management system, such as much more management subject, organization overstaffed, maintenance management system is not so smooth, lack of unified industry management, traffic volume distribution is uneven and the gap of the project benefit is large, management means is not modern, intelligent development needs to be strengthened and so on.To combine with the problems of the expressway management mode in Anhui Province, on the base of upholding the rule of law, the principle of unified management, reduction of administrative, social benefits preferred, high efficiency, safety, single regulator, and promoting the development of science, the article proposes the following measures to improve the management mode. That are, improve the expressway running and strengthening industry supervision constantly, raise the level of modernization of management, strengthen the intelligent development and take different management mode.
