To achieve these goals, this specific research methods including the following three aspects: the establishment of producer production function model; based on the estimated results of the calculation of various input factors producer revenue impact of the nature and extent of the principle of optimal allocation of resources, calculated the optimal allocation of factors of production structure, Providing the policy for the production allocation.With the conclusion of the study,this paper presented suggest of producer ensure sustained and stable growth of production and life in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and promoting a series of policy recommendations for further economic development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
