The article in light of China's construction project management, applied at home and abroad related to the theories and methods, including the proposed establishment of a variable pay for the core, based on the basic wage to the welfare of the supplementary construction project management team incentive pay system, and to encourage the construction of the project management team, the construction project was the greatest benefits.The first article on the construction project management team to study incentive pay, based on the theory put forward some useful perspective.
