Research On Incentive Salary System Of Construction Management Team Of Donggang New Town

Bridge project, a complex project and an important component of China’s infrastructure construction, needs project management with its construction, in which the human resource management is an integral part, incentive salary is an important aspect of human resources development and management. In bridge construction projects, the construction management team is the project participant, and the key to success of the project. Therefore, it’s of great significance to study the incentive salary system of construction management team in bridge project.By drawing on theories and methods at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic model of incentive salary system of construction management team, including three modules:basic salary, variable salary and welfare design. With the construction of the bridge of Donggang New Town, the paper analyzes the existing problems and the reasons by questionnaires, and improves the incentive salary system. In the specific model, the basic salary contains base wage, post wage, determined by job evaluation system, and personal performance, determined by individual performance assessment; variable salary is determined by the department of assessment, individual’s contribution to department and the individual assessment; welfare design contains statutory welfares, independent welfares and flexible welfares. Finally, some suggestions are offered to ensure the effective implementation of incentive salary systemCombination of a specific construction project, an incentive salary system of construction management team is established, which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of team members to maximize the lower costs and improve labor productivity, in order to achieve the project objectives and to maximize efficiency.
