At present, China has been opening up personal financial services to foreign banks, commercial banks' competition in this area becomes more intense. Therefore, in-depth study of personal financial business development is quiet useful, case studies of the bank have a more practical significance for guiding and also have reference to other commercial banks in China.In this paper, with theory and case combination of methods, J bank branches in Nanning personal financial business development strategy is analyzed as case study. The main body of this paper started from personal financial business concept, introduced the content of personal financial services, on a personal financial business development of foreign and domestic commercial banks, the experiences of foreign commercial banks on the development of personal financial business and then analyzed the macroeconomic environment and micro-environment of J bank branches in Nanning, demonstrated opportunities and challenges they faced; then proceeded to depth analysis of the status of individual financial business, identified existing problems and finally concluded the light of the above analysis study. Specific development strategies include: First, establish personal financial business development status, goals and competitive strategies; Second, strengthen personal financial products, technological innovation, and establish personal financial services brands; Third, enhance personal financial business of marketing, quickly open market Channel; Forth, enhance personal financial center building, vigorously develop the Personal Financial Services; Fifth, drive individual all-round development of financial business. Hope to promote the personal financial business development of J bank branches in Nanning, and also to provide references for China's commercial banks. |
