The Diagnostic Analysis Of Guangxi RF Auto Sale Service Company

It is no more than ten years that 4S stores, a new thing coming from the developed countries, emerged in China. Most of them have a hard time, suffering from short time of development and lack of experiences.The purpose of this study was to make a diagnostic analysis of Guangxi RF Auto Sale Service Company through analyzing its running environment, running activities, internal management and financial management. As to the running environment, this thesis made a Regressive Model, using the data of GDP and auto quantity of Guangxi Province, to analyze relations between them, forecast the market environment of the business of auto sale service.As to running activities, this thesis made a Sale Trend Model and came to the conclusion that RF Company is enjoying an upward trend of sale, but not so distinct.As to internal management, this thesis research exhaustively RF's organization structure, turnover of employees and salary system. Especially, when analyzing turnover of employees, it researched the connection among the department, position and reason for resignation of one former employee. It also pointed out the changes and shortcomings of salary system.As to financial management, this thesis research RF's solvency and profit-ability by analyzing its financial statement, trying to find the problems of RF's operation.In the end, this thesis offered solutions to the problems mentioned above by improving RP's organization structure, human resource management, customers' relation management and budget management, hoping to be helpful for the researching of 4S model of auto sale through this diagnostic analysis.
