This thesis based on the survey and understanding of juice processing enterprises machinery company, FEX Corp., from the perspective of human resources summed up the main problems, analyze the key factors and worked out scientific and reasonable solution. The research methods including interviews, literature and score factors were used during the study. Abide by combining quantitative and qualitative research methodology to seek the way for breaking FEX Corp.'s development bottleneck in organizational structure and salary system.This thesis is divided into five parts, introduction, present situation study, which are organizational structure optimization, salary system design and implementation. Chapter 1, introduction, outlined the background, purpose, ideas and methods. Chapter 2, study of FEX Corp's present situation, worked on the information from interviews and collected to clear current organizational settings, main business and key issues. Chapter 3, organizational structure optimization, through in-depth study on the contradictions between existing organizational structure and business development, and focused on key value and market development, optimize organizational configuration, make control model reasonably, and define the main responsibilities of various departments. Chapter 4, establishment of salary and performance system, introduced broadbanding salary system, and designed suitable for business development salary and performance appraisal system to encourage employees based on the new organizational structure and job evaluation. Chapter 5, organizational structure and salary system implementation advice, suggested a smooth transition from old system to the new one step by step.Through this study, strengthened FEX Corp.'s business orientation, cleared division of functions, combined the powers, responsibilities and interests and set up the foundation for FEX further development.
