Research On Construction Of The Individual Credit System For China

Nowadays, there is a very serious phenomenon of credit lack. It is the direct cause of market economical operation and development in a poor efficiency in our country. The vital matter of immediate urgency is to set up the system of perfect social credit to standardize the market economy. The entire social credit system consists of three relatively independent and interactive sub systems. They include the construction of the government's credit system, the construction of the business credit system and the construction of the individual credit system .In order to offer the construction pattern and the related concrete measure with practical value of reference and utilize to the construction of the individual credit system, the author has adopted standard analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis, etc. The author establishes and launches the overall and deeply systematical description in individual credit system, one of three stature systems of the social credit system in China.In the text part of this thesis, the author first introduces and analyzes the domestic and foreign theoretical research about the construction of the individual credit system utilizing standard analysis, and then analyzes and compares three practical patterns with comparative analysis. And then, it is right to utilize the analytic approach of the real example to analyze and research the successful experience made in the construction of individual credit system; Moreover, this dissertation deeply analyses the current situation, question and pattern of individual credit system in China; Finally, on the basis of the support relevant theory,real example of the above, the author suggested that the construction pattern of the individual credit system should be "the government guides,market operation", and has explained the got from the view that it should develop the construction of individual credit system from four aspects such as the construction on credit moral, individual credit system, the manage mechanism and safeguard system of individual credit aspect etc in the course of operation of concrete practice of the building in China and has carried on the concrete and detailed relevant argumentation to the construction of these four stature aspects.
