Fuzzy multi-attribute decision making is an important content in the field of modern decision making, it mainly deals with the problem of multiple attribute decision making under fuzzy environment. It is used to rank a group of alternatives and choose the best one with the given fuzzy information. Generally speaking, FMADM involves two steps. The first one is obtaining decision making information, which includes attribute values and priorities. How to derive the attribute priorities is an important research aspect in MADM. The second one is using different aggregation and ranking methods to obtain a ranking order and then choose the best alternative. As in the fuzzy environment, the attribute value and weight of multiple attribute decision making are always shown by fuzzy numbers, so, the research on FMADM is meaningful.The main content of this paper is on the problem of fuzzy multi-attribute decision making and the achievements are as follows.1. With the shortage of fuzzy number's distance formula, firstly, the formula of interval number is given by synthetically considering the distance of every point of the two interval numbers and the location of the two interval numbers. We can get that the fuzzy number under a certain subjection level is interval number, then, a new formula of fuzzy number is given extendedly.2. To solve the problem-weight determination of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making under partial weight information, a subjective and objective synthetic method is given. In this method, the partial weight information is firstly optimized based on the subjective partial of decision maker, then the final attribute weight is given by integrating subjective and objective information of decision making. This method realizes the essential of subjective and objective attribute weight, sets up a model of mathematics programming, which can reflect the subjective and objective extent.3. To the shortage in the exist ways of ranking fuzzy number, by the distance formula of fuzzy number, a method based on the distance measure is given. We can get the ranking function of fuzzy number by considering the distance between every fuzzy number and the ideal point, then, the fuzzy number can be ranked by this function.
