Study On Industrialization Of South, Good Quality Andearly Ripening Pear In Guilin City

South, good quality and early ripening pear means the pear cultivar which is suitable for the climate condition in most south regions. Early ripening pear is developing continuously due to its early ripening and good quality in our country in recent years. South, good quality and early ripening pear was first planted in Guilin City in 2000 and it is developing rapidly, mainly in Diecai Area, Xiangshan Area, Yanshan Area, Linggui County, Lingchuan County, Xin'an County, Quanzhou Conuty, Guanyang County, Longsheng County, Yongfu County. In 2006, the cultivated area and the yield of the south, good quality and early ripening pear in Guilin City are 8800 hm~2 and 79000 tons respectively. The major varieties in Guilin City are Fengshui, Chuiguan, Huangmi, Xinshiji, Ergongbai, Qinghuali, Erli no.2 etc. At present, a technological scheme suitable for the climate conditions in Guilin City had been put forward and has gradually got popularized by a series of projects.Based on the development of industrialization at home and abroad, this paper surveyed the production, organization degree, marketing situation, commercialization and the situation of storage and process of south, good quality and early ripening pear in Guilin City by different methods such as fixed-point and follow-up survey, orchard yield estimation, interviewing and sampling survey and so on. Firsthand data was obtained and analyzed by the methods of induction and contrastive analysis etc. The problems that repress the development of industrialization of south, good quality and early ripening pear in Guilin City were showed in the following aspects: first, investment shortage in basic construction of pear orchard; second, lack of standard cultivation technique; third, low degree of industrialization and organization; fourth, low market consciousness; fifth, low comprehensive strength of leading enterprise; finally, low capacity of storage and process.Based on the experiences and theories about the industrialization of pear at home and abroad, according to actual condition of Guilin City, some countermeasures were put forward: fist, further study on germplasm resources; second, solving the problem about the regional cultivation; third, cultivation of new good quality and early ripening pear cultivars; fourth, further research on the cultivation technique for good quality and stable yield; fifth, fully exerting effect on brand building of south, good quality and early ripening pear; sixth, strengthening the comprehensive strength of leading enterprise; seventh, strengthen the development of technique of storage and process; eighth, strengthening the corporative economic organization; ninth, improvement of product circulation system; tenth, exploiting foreign market; eleventh, changing the function of government to improve the service; finally, improvement of scale development.
