Talent is the key to the competitive enterprise. And one of the important points of modern enterprise management research is recruiting the suitable talents, retaining the suitable talents and making the most use of them.This thesis focuses on the staff of enterprises and institutions in Guangxi high-tech zones, analyze all the reasons and factors that cause resignation wishes in the staff and affect employees' work performance.The major steps of this thesis consist of reading literature collection, referring to investigation questionnaire pattern constructed by international scholars, altering and improving questionnaire structure according to reality meanwhile, giving out a great number of questionnaires to acquire the data and information that needs studying, adopting SPSS11.5 statistics software to analyze the data and acquire the result of the study. All these compose the analysis methodology of this study.This study mainly explores personality traits, person-Organization fit, performance, and turnover intention and the relationship between them. Among them personality traits include five dimensions, which are agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism and openness to experience. And person-organization fit includes two sub-dimensions of organizational values and enterprise goals.The main conclusions are as follows: there exists a positive relationship between agreeableness and conscientiousness in the staff's personality traits and person-organization fit, while there exists a negative relationship.
