Employee turnover has not only been given a lot of attention to by the company, but it is one of the hot issues in the area of Human Resources Management. If the employee turnover rate is too high, it will impact the stability of the talent in the organization and it may increase the cost on human resources. As social economy develops and competitions between banks are heating up, job burnout bothering bank staff is becoming more and more serious. Some banks have been facing severe problems related to brain drain.This thesis mainly analyzes the influence of personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness) and job burnout (emotional exhaustion, diminished accomplishment, depersonalization) on turnover intention among bank employees.108employees were selected from some banks. With the approach of questionnaire survey (including NEO-FFI, MBI-GS, turnover intention scale), there are several findings: the personality traits have sharp diversity because of the gender, age, working years and different posts; the job burnout has sharp diversity because of the age and working years; the neuroticism has a positive correlation with turnover intention, but the extraversion and the agreeableness have a negative correlation with turnover intention; In addition, the emotional exhaustion, diminished accomplishment and depersonalization have a positive correlation with turnover intention.Based on the results of the study, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions, so as to effectively reduce the turnover rate.
