The peasantry take the majority of the population of our country, so their income problem that their income increases slowly is not only influenced on the improvement of their own living standard, but also restricted the agricultural development, influenced on the whole economic growth . Simultaneously, because of the expanding disparity in urban and rural residents, the problem also influenced on the whole social stability. Under this background, the government has been promulgated five No.1 Documents to increase agricultural development and farmers' income . Because of these directive policies, farmers' income increased ratherish, but there is a lack of a long effective mechanism for the stable increase of farmers' income . Consequently, how to promote the farmers' persistent and high-speed income , and how to establish the mechanism for increasing the farmers' income are still the most important tasks to the government, and are the most important problems we should focus on and dispose of first and foremost.This treatise wants to introduce the composition of farmers' income and the connotation of the long effective mechanism for the stable increase of farmers' income firstly. Then analyzes and sums up the features, the change in the composition and the different periods of farmers' income in Guangxi Province after the reform and opening up . And then finds main causes that impact the increase of farmers' income . At the same time, analyzes the causes from both the interior and exterior of agriculture, and tries to find out the causes which have a long force to farmers' income. Finally, establishes the long effective mechanism from internal and external parts to correspond to the internal and external causes.We must think about every causes synthetically to promote farmers' income and establish the long effective mechanism.
