| With the rapid developing of the manufacturing in China, a lot of the famous manufacturing enterprises have built their main factories in China. Therefore, a lot of advanced production technologies and management technologies can be learned from them. Lean thinking is one of these management technologies.Because logistics plays a very important role in the manufacturing enterprise, the research of application of lean thinking in logistics field is very meaningful. This paper introduces the concepts and theories of the Supply chain Management and Logistics at the beginning and then detailed studies the lean thinking theories system which comes from the lean production in Japan. After that, the lean logistics is introduced as the main content of this paper.At first, the concept of lean logistics is given and then the background of its origin as well. The lean logistics does not just do some optimization works in a certain single part of the enterprise's logistics system. That's the greatest difference comparing to the traditional logistics system. This paper studies the features of the lean logistics and gives a lean logistics system's implement model.In order to make the lean logistics system implemented, this paper choose some advanced logistics technologies, such as Value Flow Chart Analysis, Vender Managed Inventory(VMI), MILKRUN, and also proves their feasibility by mathematics methods. Then it gives the conditions when one enterprise wants to apply these technologies.At last, this paper give the implement system of the lean logistic for an enterprise in a creative way and detail steps when the lean logistics is put in practice are given as well. |
