Application And Research Of Lean Thinking In Strikowestofen Group Hongbang Project

Strikowestofen has confronted more and more challenges in the fierce market:customers always require shorter and shorter lead time but with higher and higher quality.These problems became especially worse on the project of Hongbang Die casting.Our top management has realized that the current production management cannot meet the customers'requirement and the best solution is to apply Lean Production into daily production.This article is to study the application and implement of Lean Production theory with Value stream method in Strikowestofen Asia,and to find out the problems in production management on the detailed analysis of the production process and the production beat of the quantitative dosing furnace These problems includes the optimization of constant insulation furnace procedure that making full use of value time and to push all the process in same pace.Then this article will analyze the entire production process of products through value stream mapping,and finally consider customer demand for projects to optimize the product of tact.This study has played a good role in promoting the "Hong bang die-casting" project and laid a good foundation for the successful delivery of the whole project,and produced a positive guiding and demonstration effect on the overall management methods in Strikowestofen and even in the whole general equipment manufacturing industry.
