Under the combination of lean production theory and six sigma theory,Lean Six Sigma management is widely used in all fields of the world.It is the way to improve the quality,reduce cost and shorten delivery time in many fields,especially in the production industry or service industry.After the Lean Six Sigma analysis and the DMAIC process method,according to the future strategic deployment of the enterprise,it reduces or limits the fluctuation in the process,and clears the waste in the process.By optimizing the process to reduce the production cost,improve the quality of the product,strengthen the flexibility of production line,so as to ensure the customer's demand and maximize the value of the enterprise and the customer.With the rapid growth of China's manufacturing industry,the promotion of Lean Six Sigma Management in the manufacturing or service industry has long been the first choice to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.Q company.has been engaged in the production of potassium chloride since 2007.At the beginning,due to the lack of production experience,enterprises did not attach enough importance to the management of all links,especially in terms of production capacity and product requirements.Lean Six Sigma management is implemented in all areas of the company,including operation management,organizational structure,personnel behavior and other aspects of lean improvement,thus greatly reducing volatility or eliminating waste in the process,making the enterprise leading the industry in terms of cost reduction,quality upgrading and delivery cycle shortening.The strategic deployment of enterprises for strategic goals is also achieved.This paper first expounds the background and significance of enterprise research,then describes the origin and application of lean thought theory and six sigma theory.Through the combination of Lean Six Sigma theory,the rationality of the Lean Six Sigma management is discussed according to the theory of enterprise production.According to the theoretical guidance and process method of Lean Six Sigma,this paper analyzes the various problems that have been combed in the business management,organization structure and so on.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward to verify the effect of the implementation.Through the process method of Lean Six Sigma theory,this paper uses the management tools and methods such as causality diagram,flow chart,SIPOC flow chart and other management tools and field research methods,literature research methods,regression analysis,statistical methods and other research methods.carry out 6S management and improve product quality in the production management field,and put forward corresponding measures.According to the implementation effect of Lean Six Sigma Theory in this enterprise,it is clear that the Lean Six Sigma theory can quickly grasp and find all kinds of waste points in the process of production and the fluctuation points that affect the quality of the enterprise,and then take the appropriate measures to improve the efficiency and quality of the operation and reduce the cost of the products,so that the enterprise can continue to improve and tend to be perfect.
