Since the 1980s, GDP of henna has growing rapidly. However, a widening gap between rich and the poor appears with rapid economic growths and runs against our purpose to build a harmonious society and the full realization of he goal of building a well-of society. It's a very important social and political issue to deal with the problem of Expanding. According to《statistical Yearbook of henna》(1995-2006), this paper analyses the problems of henna income disparity from qualitatively and quantitatively.First of all, the construction and variation trend of income in Henna province are analyzed from two perspectives of the actuality in developing economy and the regional conditions. With the analysis, the starting point of study is put forward. Secondly, this paper makes the analysis of profession disparity, local disparity, etc, thus promulgated the overall change tendency in Henna province, and in this foundation, has analyzed the income differential positive and the negative effect which produced to the Henna Province economy. Thirdly, a discussion is made of the main reason of the income disparity in Henna. Finally, policy suggestions are made to reduce the difference of people.It shows that the trend of income disparity polarizing is highly obvious. It should be paid seriously attention for decision-making organizations, government bureaus and all the other people who concerns economic and social development.
