Study For High Effective Operation On Research & Design Project Team

This thesis try to use the MGMT knowledge to discuss the approach that how to drive a R&D project team to be a high effective organization. The member of project team is allocated from different stream, accordingly he/she has different understanding to the project from schedule/resource/priority points of view. While, line manager control all of the resource of the company, especially the human resource, the decision was mad by the line manager for the team member the allocation, salary and promotion. Meanwhile, project manager have to bear the top-down target to complete the project based on the agreed schedule, cost and output. Hence, it will be an essential task for project manager to drive whole team to be a high effective team with continuous improvement on team spirit, ownership and self management. This thesis try to draw out one optimism solution by aligning the knowledge from Organizational Behavior got from MBA session with the lesson learn and experience in practice. The analysis approach mainly follows such process that investigation at the very beginning, trial design, implementation and evaluation, as a result, optimize a best solution. The analysis mainly focus on the organization structure, key points of project operation, willing from employee and expectation from employer and finally optimize three solution as more balance matrix structure, integration management within project operation and willing management.
