The Team Construction Research Of Project D305 Of Xi'an DX Institute

With the rapid development of market and the intensely competition environment both in China and the whole world,the modern enterprises are all trying to increase the efficiency and competitiveness with the application of project management.The large state-owned enterprises are the supports of our national economy.It is important to enhance the operator and manager team construction,although enterprises are facing big challenges heading for modernization because of the state-owned restrictions.Xi'an DX institute is a state-owned enterprise,which is keeping building enterprise structure,management flew and talent team under the big environment of state-owned enterprise reform,to meet the need of the sustainable development requirement of market competition.Project D305 is one of the most complicated projects the institute has for recent years.The project is pressed for time and facing rough competition.With obvious requirement and policy guidance and complicated technology requirement,the project will never be finished by single department,but the close cooperation of market,research and development,commencement,test and other departments.Whether the project can be successful or not in market really matters the business position and the development of the institute for the next few years.It becomes the first mission for the manager team to build the project team rapidly and efficiently.The thesis used the compare and comprehensive analysis method to study the problems and also the reasons in the recent project of institute.The paper proposed a team-building scheme and its supporting measures with the combination of team-building theory and the detailed requirement of project D305.Though the study,we can believe that only building a sufficient team out of ordinary thinking can finish the project D305.There are many elements to be considered during team construction,such as the target of the team and construction principle.The proper suggests that team manager should be found firstly to charge for the management of the team,including establishing rules,rewards and punishment method and team culture.To keep the construction scheme work out smoothly,the enterprise managers should give more supports in resources,rules and enterprise culture,which is the important precondition and basement.The team construction method of project D305 discussed in this paper is enforceable and will bring real reference value to project D305 construction.Meanwhile,the organization of project manager and team build method is innovated,and also can bring inspiration to management system reform in the future.The limitation of this paper is that study on the efficiency of the team building structure with program managers is not deep enough.The area of project management professionalization and program manager professionalism should be strengthened in the future study.
