With mobile phone companies' developing, mobile phone cover companies and paint companies are changing and developing. Mobile industry is entering into mature stage. The competition is enhancing. The marketing strategy is more and more important. It's important for mobile paint companies to research marketing strategy in order to their competitive power.This thesis discussed the marketing strategy of mobile paint multinational companies, by using several international marketing management theories. This research discussed competitive environment of paint companies, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and other marketing theory. It researched different marketing strategy for different multinational companies. It analyzed SSCP's situation and found a way to optimize its marketing combination to complish its goal. |
