This paper mainly researches on the changes of customers' consume behavior by studying their different values in different times. It is between customer behavior segment and customer value segment .With some methods of segmenting customer value, We segmented the customer behaviors, and then made the analysis and forecast.We used a "double-cluster" method classified the customers twice. First, we segmented the customers based a long time (year),and then segmented the customers based a short time (quarter).The customers were divided into sixteen clusters which is different from the ones classified through tradition customer value segment. These clusters are only including the tradition customer value segment results, But also can response the trend of consume behavior's changes. In this way, enterprises can find the structure of customer cluster as well as the trend of its changes in the results. In the meantime, the structure of customer value also can be found. All in all, this paper concluded some messages in three aspects:1.Customer classify;2.The trend of customer segments changes;3.The structure of customer value.
