With the telecom market being saturated, rural market tends to be the key blue sea for telecom operators, and it has become the focus of many scholars and telecoms industries for the increasing business income share. Based on the theories and methods of previous studies of new business in rural telecom market at home and abroad, we choose Zhengding, Zhaoxian, mine section as three delegates in Shijiazhuang the capital of Hebei province for a data mining. The principal studying outcomes are as follows:First, based on the investigation data of questionnaire in three counties customer and customization of new business data analysis of variance, we proved that the factors affecting new business development in rural areas telecom market are the economic imbalances, customer's age difference and professional type.Secondly, based on factor analysis we made the new business a classification:the mature ones, the developing ones and the potential ones. We determined the new business's type and species business according to regional economic development level, the customer's income and age in the new business development. Then it made the China Mobile telecom operators increased market share and improve business income in rural market.Finally, based on 900 customers'customizable service data analysis in the three counties, we verified that the regional economic development and customer's ARPU are influence factors of the new business. And we promised to provide theoretical reference to the marketing activity for the new business.
