Research On Socail Responsibilities Of Chinese Telecomm Corporate

"Corporate Social Responsibility" has become a globalization viewpoint which is accepted by the public nowadays. Natural resources protection, environment protection, labour rights, business ethics and the shouldering of the obligations for the stakeholders and the whole society are now the common concerned trends among the enterprises globally.China is now in a transitional period of economic restructuring when the health and harmonious growth of the economy and the sharing of the fruits of the economic prosperity among different social classes have become the important issue of the new historical phase. To advocate the awareness of Corporate Citizen and call for their fulfillments of the social responsibilities is not only conducive to the further sound development of Chinese economy but also helpful to the integration of the Chinese economy with its global family.The Chinese telecom companies are now focusing on improve their core competence. To fulfill more social responsibilities is one of important ways to achieve this goal.Within this dissertations, I will try to find out the concept of "Corporate Social Responsibility" and its development in western and eastern of the world. And then, I will try to give some examples to show how Chinese telecom coporrates fulfill their social responsibilities.After that, from the organization behavior point of view, I will try to do some research on the views of social responsibilities of telecom corporate employees. By sending out the questionnaire to the employees, I analyzed the feedbacks collected from employees and summarized some major regions of the social responsibilities concerned by the employees.And Finally, basic on the analysis result, I hope to be able to give some advises on how to fulfill the social responsibilities better to the telecom companies' leaders.
