Traditional pay system have been put to great challenges.Compensation administration occupies the strategic status in the operation and management of modern enterprises.The original compensation system of TT is not fitted.After making lots of researches and analysis,the writer redesigned the compensation system in order to support the new ways.The main body of this dissertation contains three parts.The first part describes the theory of compensation.The second part introduces the TT Company 's background and analyzes the compensation system of the company.The third part is about system redesigning. The writer chose wide band banding system as it's model.The new system is not only a scheme of assinging,but also a way to supply some useful tools for Human Resource management.The part is the wide band salary plan application,introduced the new salary system appplication condition.
