Assessment centers based on psychometrical methodology is a comprehensive method of personnel selection. Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) is one of the most important part of AC. The principles and history of LGD technique were briefly reviewed; several critical points of LGD were discussed. The main results found in this study are as follows:Whether the behavioral stylebook can reflect the rating dimension was studied. The results indicated, some behaviors can reflect the corresponding rating dimension, while some cannot. Thus can conclude an exact, material . According to this, suitable Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales can be compiled.Finally, some advice of these results in LGD's application was discussed. |
