| Proactive personality is the most popular enterprise welcome personality characteristics, at home and abroad about proactive personality and individual research results of actions are very abundant. As a personal potential , proactive personality needs through the corresponding initiative behavior and cognitive variable measurements. Despite the research points out, proactive personality is causing the initiative of the important behavior individual factors. Relative to the stable personality traits, the behavior of individual more vulnerable to surroundings. Few studies have given to the environment of behavioral effects. This study in without Leaderless group discussion context, separately inspected proactive personality and proactive behaviors on without Leaderless group discussion individual performance impact.This study to domestic key universities of 120 college students as the object of research, personality test and Leaderless group discussion experiment. Use SPSS16.0 statistical software for experimental data arrangement and analysis. Data analysis methods include KMO analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Kendal W coefficient analysis, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis, etc.This study is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, this paper expounds the background, the significance of this study, Content, idea, And the technical route and essay framework. The second part is a literature review, from proactive personality, proactive behaviors and Leaderless group discussion, three aspects of previous research will be reviewed. The third part is the research model, based on a review of related literatures on research variables defined in this study, puts forward the theoretical assumptions. The fourth part for experimental design, including the prediction try, questionnaire and revision of the design of experiment. The fifth part for data analysis, and according to the data analysis results and the hypothesis inspection. Results show that (1) Proactive personality and individual performance not related in Leaderless group discussion; (2) Individual initiative behavior (speech time) and individual performance has significantly positive correlation in Leaderless group discussion. The sixth part the conclusion of the study, and the prospect of this study results fully discussed, this paper described the theoretical significance and practical contribution, and point out the insufficiency and future research direction. |
