Talent is a kind of special human resource in this Knowledge Economy, especially important to the companies, which developments are highly related to its talents. Meanwhile, it is a main trend that brain drains become a main negative effect to the companies. Xi'an as a Cutting-edge city, to some extent, it's attractiveness to talents has a high relationship with its human resource management of its localization companies.This thesis based on risk management and pre-warning theories, by searching a large number of relevant literatures and technical methods home and abroad, formed a assessment index system and designed a pre-warning method to help Xi'an companies reduce the turnover rate of their employees.At the same time, it gives some suggestions to push/help the reform of human resource management of Xi'an city. |
