Study On The Construction And Operation Of Supply Chain Management Model Of Gannan Navel Orange Industry

In recent years, the theory that agricultural product supply chain management is attracting a lot of scholars' concern in the homeland, trying to make use of this theory solves the contradiction of "Small-scale production, big marketplaces", which exists in our country' agriculture for long time. In particular, after joining the WTO, the competition in the market is becoming intensified. The original pattern of the circulation of agricultural products, which has many defects such as high logistics costs, large losses in circulation, inefficient circulation, has become a prominent barrier in agricultural development. Thus, it is very important to apply the theory of supply chain management to explore suitable model that will enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products, realize agricultural modernization and increase farmers' incomes.According to the above-mentioned background, this paper takes industry of Gannan navel orange as object to study, learn from domestic and foreign research results and practical experience. In order to explore suitable model of supply chain management according to the development status of Gannan navel orange industry, thereby enhancing competitiveness of Gannan navel Orange in the domestic and international market. The main content of this paper can be summarized as follows.At first, on the basis of analyzing the development status of Gannan navel orange industry, this paper has constructed the "government-directed" supply chain management model of Gannan navel orange industry for current present situation. Secondly, this paper has established valuation of index of Gannan navel orange orchard, has applied factor analysis method to analyze 20 navel orange orchards, and discussed the model of reality operation in theory. Finally, this paper has suggested establishing 5 collecting and distributing centers serving the logistics in entire Gannan navel orange industry, and applied AHP analysis method to resolvepreferential construction problem of the 4 county centers.
