Supply chain management is a new type of management mode, which is relevant to global manufacture and quickly changing customer requirements. To manage supply chain efficiently and optimize its whole efficiency, supply chain members should cooperate with each other under high coordination. So effective coordination and incentive mechanisms should be built to guarantee risk and profit sharing, to reduce inventory levels and total operational cost, to strengthen information sharing and convenient communications, thus to improve supply chain's competition and its whole performance.Firstly, we summed up some research results about the supply chain management and coordination, next, we proposed research content and structure of the research, while maintaining the innovative research results. In the next section, we introduced the theoretical basis of supply chain management, and the development process as well as a modern supply chain management problems and solutions, providing a foundation on the research for the following topics. The third section focuses on the issues under asymmetric information is a two-tier supply chain coordination problems. We know that in many leading provider of supply chain coordination model, the majority are considered fixed demands under symmetric information .In fact, the actual demand tend to probabilistic, this paper focuses on discussion under the condition of probabilistic demand and the costs of storage, First consideration is a coordination with a single vendor and a single retailer under asymmetric information of inventory cost, and then extended the above one-to-one to one-to-many, that is, The supply chain system with a single vendor and multi different components of retailer, taking into account the assumption that a retailer information is asymmetric, the other members of the affected suppliers, as well as how best to coordinate overall, Optimal supply chain is proposed with strategy of transferring payments from the coordinated, Finally, an example is provided to show efficiency of the proposed method.
