Research On The Interactive Cooperation Between Eastward Strategy Of Anhui Province And Development Of The Yangtze Delta Area

Interactive regional cooperation between different regions of the Yangtze Economic Zone is very important for Chinese national strategic target and overall coordinated development of the regional economy. But there are big gaps between areas of the upper, the middle and the lower reaches, which have been widened greatly in recent years. This brings many problems concerned balanced development between different regions, coordinated development between the upper, the middle and the lower reaches, actualized the Yangtze Delta to take the lead in serving the state's comprehensive development strategy, and specifically growth of Anhui province under the influence of the Yangtze Delta area.Using the SWOT analysis and the Game Analysis methods, and by the SPSS software and the Documents Statistical techniques, this paper explores the mechanisms and appropriate model of the interactive between eastward strategy of Anhui province and development of the Yangtze Delta area. It structurally includes four main parts:The first part is actually an introduction. It includes the background, purpose, meanings, relevant theories, methodology and innovations of the paper.The second part exposes the condition of interactive development between eastward strategy of Anhui province and development of the Yangtze Delta area. From the perspective of coordinated development of regional economic, it comments on the theories of the coordinated and interactive development of the regional economic. With the development of Yangtze River economic belt, Anhui should exploits its advantages in geography and resources and implement the "Eastward development strategies" on the basis of the "path dependence", which is the best choice for Anhui to rise first in the central region.The third part is the key. In which, Chapter 3 analyses the dynamic mechanism and operational mode of interactive development between eastward strategy of Anhui province and development of the Yangtze Delta area. Especially it studies eastward development of the industry of Anhui province by the SWOT analysis method, and studies the behaviors of the game between the local governments in case of incomplete information. Anhui province and the Yangtze Delta area should build mobile platforms of the regional elements, and improve the market mechanism to promote elements to efficiently flow, and improve the mechanisms of information exchange. Chapter 4 gives a summary and assessment on the interactive development models of regional economic at home and abroad. Relying on any single model, in the long term, can not fundamentally resolve the problems of coordinating the regional economic development. Therefore, interactive development between eastward strategy of Anhui province and development of the Yangtze Delta area should be gradient and anti-gradient simultaneously, government-led and market-led integrated. This chapter constructs an interactive development model, and discusses the interactive principles, interactive forms, interactive channels etc.The fourth part puts forward general ideas and Countermeasures of interactive development between eastward strategy of Anhui province and development of the Yangtze Delta area after analyzing the practical constraints, and makes the industry orientation for Anhui Eastward developing, including its function positioning, key location and gradient orientation and so on.
