Research On The Interactive Development Between Knowledge-intensive Producer Service And Advanced Manufacturing Industry In Henan Province

Henan province enjoys advantageous geographical position because it is located in the central plains of China,and since 2014,output value of manufacturing has been the top five,but traditional energy-consuming industries with severe pollution and low output still account for more than one-third of the whole province's industrial production.Producer services characterized by professional knowledge mainly provide professional services for advanced manufacturing industry.Advanced manufacturing industry subcontract non-core parts,which not only promotes the development of high-knowledge service enterprises,but also accelerates the process of itself.Professional knowledge and technology provide impetus for the internal innovation of advanced manufacturing industry,which is conducive to upgrading and optimization of industry,and breaks the bottleneck of economic growth in henan province.This paper's study objects are the knowledge-intensive producer service(KIPS)and advanced manufacturing industry(AMI)in Henan province.Firstly,this paper respectively selects sub-industries of the KIPS and AMI.Secondly,analyse the industry added value data of AMI and KIPS during the year of 2005-2016 in Henan province based on Vector Autoregression(VAR)model.The relationship between KIPS and AMI is studied deeply by the methods of co-integration test,Granger causality test,impulse response and variance decomposition analysis.The result reveals that KIPS in Henan province push significantly the development of AMI,while AMI's demand for KIPS is insufficient,fail to promote the development of KIPS effectively,and the interactive relationship of both is not obvious.Finally,based on research conclusion,this paper provides suggestions about promoting the interactive development between both.
