| In new economic era, enterprise's competition has already been changed from cost competition to time-based competition. Modern logistics has become the third source which creates profits by improving operation efficiency through scientific facility location and distribution, increasing the response speed for customer's demand as much as possible.The classical logistic facility location problems think little of time, which is a critical issue for a company to gain its competitive advantage nowadays. In the light of this situation, after reading lots of related literatures at home and abroad, the author carries out independent research, under the guide of systematic science and management theory, using multi-subject crossed analysis. The main achievements of this thesis are as followed:1. From the point of systematic view, study the logistic facility location and distribution system, analyze its function and influence factors, then put forward some feasible methods of implenment.2. Study custom's time satisfaction and its mathematic expression, especially pay more attention to the five functions put forward by Yunfeng Ma et al.3. Use modeling methord to analyze and solve the problem. Two models, one is aimed at maximum time satisfaction, the other is minimum logistic cost, are set up. Genetic algorithm programmed by VC is used to calculate the simulated data, which validates the models.The innovation of this thesis: According to the demands of different customers, study time-satisfaction functions which are introduced to facility location model. Since the time-satisfaction functions make the model become non-linear, ordinary mathematical programming method is difficult to solve such problem. Therefore, the author adopts genetic algorithm in this research.The achievements of this research have great important value for logistic companies to improve their operation and reduce their cost. The application of these achievements will bring good social and economic influence. |
