The paper analyzes VSP, and sorts it according to given conditions. It chooses a typical one to analyze. It sets a model of the problem,and settles it with a genetic algorithm that is fast and accurate. The paper introduces how to turn a multi-depot problem into a Single-Depot problem. Lastly,the paper illustrates the process of using the method referred in the Paper by an example.
