| To inspire the job motivation of employees and to mobilize their initiative and creativeness are important research topics for every corporation and are also the key objects in this article's research.Through the combination of theory and demonstration and qualitative and quantitative analysis,this article takes Deshang Company as an example to make a research on the matter of incentive system and analyzed systematically the current situation and problems of incentive mechanism in middle and small-sized enterprises and provide the solutions.First,to accomplish the inventory survey of the background and personnel incentive mechnisms to Deshang Company by methods of whole personnel questionnaire and management layer discussion,and altogether 47 valid questionnaires were collected;31 valid questionnaires were collected from investigation out of Deshang Company.Second,to find out the current situation of the incentive mechanism of growing small-sized enterprises through inquery data like books,periodicals,Internet,etc.and to use classical and current theory of motivation as the guide on this basis.Adopt the method of demonstration analysis to analyze the internal and external environment, the necessity of perfection,the aim,the design discipline and framework of the incentive mechanism of Deshang Company and provide the implementing method and effect evaluation of incentive mechanism according to the problem and actality. Last,to outlook the research of incentive mechanism.and point out that the need of human being is dynamic and there is bad repcatability for the implementation of all kinds of incentive methods.Within the corporation and organization system,the information is not equal between man and objects and between men themselves.The transfer may be distorted.The traditional incentive method could only lead and regularize and inspire the initiative of personnel to some extent,but can not solve problem foundmentally.Therefore,more attention must be paid to the inspiration under condition of unequal information while doing research on incentive mechanism. |
