The SWOT Analysis And Countermweasure Research Of The Strategy Development Of Architectural Design And Research Institute Of Zhejiang University Of Technology

Having taken part in WTO, all industries and enterprises face opportunities and challenges. That how to catch the opportunity and face the challenge is a critical task that every enterprise governor should consider. Under the condition of opening up, the market competition which Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University of technology is facing, is more drastic, and the manage environment is much more austere, more complex, and more difficult to control. What should we do to survive in such a complex environment with opportunities and challenges? The Institute must draw up a developing strategy through scientific system analysis to guide and manage the enterprise.This paper, basing on the strategy management theory of modern enterprise, combining with the status quo of enterprises and the managing environment, analyzes and studies the developing strategy issue of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University of technology.Firstly, this paper explains the title background and research meaning, and then establishes research content and technical course. Basing on the summarization of management theory of enterprise strategies and the description of the status quo of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University of technology, the paper analyzes the four factors—strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats in SWOT. Through analyzing the SWOT factors by AHP methods, educes the inside and outside factor synthetical table and IFE and EFE matrix. Basing on evaluating the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the institute development, the paper analyzes the combining strategy of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges.Lastly, confirms the strategy aim of the development of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University of technology. Meanwhile aiming at this goal, it brings forward corresponding developing strategy. Then it advances the layout of developing strategy of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University of technology.
