| Fixed assets investment is meaningful to both economic growth and enterprise growth with the review of classic investment theory and empirical research, as an important basis for the energy sector, financial determinants of investment scale decisions are identified and tested. Empirical results have shown that classic investment theory is not applicable to China's Power Listed Companies Investment scale depends on investment opportunity, internal cash flow and leverage. Enterprise of power industries in different sizes and different growth opportunities has their own characteristics in investment scale decisions. |
