Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Statistical Report System Of Fixed Assets Investment In Ganyu District

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China is in the period of comprehensively deepening the reform.Comprehensively deepening the reform of the statistical system is important.As an important part of the statistical system,the rationality and feasibility of the statistical report system of fixed asset investment is directly related to the smooth progress of the statistical work of fixed asset investment and whether the statistical data can accurately reflect the regional economic development.In addition,a system should conform to the development of the times and keep pace with the times,so as to meet the needs of work.At the same time,China is carrying out reforms in other fields of statistics,and has made some achievements.Moreover,the reform and implementation of the statistical reporting system of fixed assets investment only rely on the efforts of the statistical department itself is unreasonable,so it is necessary to study the statistical reporting system of fixed assets investment and find the methods to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.Based on the Ganyu district's fixed assets investment statistical report system,it hopes to analyze its problems,such as the environment of system implementation to be purified,the timeliness of system lag,the operability of system is not strong,and the ability of system management object is insufficient.And it find three reasons.The first reason is the limitation of the subjective cognition of the government as the main body of system making.Secondly,the improvement of the system is constrained by the cost.Thirdly,the guarantee mechanism of the system is not perfect.Four countermeasures are provided with the hope of creating a good external environment for statistics,improving the statistical investigation mechanism of fixed asset investment,promoting the statistical investigation ability,improving the statistical management system,consolidating the basic level of statistics,optimizing the fixed asset,strengthening the statistical law enforcement ability,and consolidating the standardized construction of the basic level of statistics,and then to improve the standard of statistical report system of fixed asset investment in Ganyu district.There are 5figures,1tables and 50 references in this paper.
