A Study On The Influential Factors Of Chinese Fixed Assets Investment

As one of the three engines of our country economic growth,investment has an important role in economic growth.At present,China has entered into the ‘new normal'age.Faced with the tasks of structural adjustment and upgrading in industries,to maintain a high rate of economic growth is still an important goal of China's macro-control.It is noteworthy that Chinese economic growth rate is continuing to be declined since the 2008 global financial crisis,especially beginning from 2012.For the fixed asset investment within the whole society,which is of a primary significance,is also slumping and downturn for a persistent period.All of this has made the prospects of Chinese economic growth and transformation become increasingly confusing.The statistical analysis of fixed assets investment in China from 1980 to 2015 shows a downward trend in fixed asset investment growth since 2012.Based on this,in order to clarify the decline in investment in fixed assets,this paper studies all of these dimensions' impact on fixed assets investment.What's more,through the study of real estate development,infrastructure construction,investment factors of fixed assets investment in three industries,we find special reasons in depth.The study shows that residents' consumption level has a positive impact on the fixed assets investment in the whole society and each field;Export has a positive impact in the whole society and secondary industry,negative in else industry;Tax burden has a positive impact in the frastructure construction and first industry,negative in the whole society and else industry.Based on the above conclusions,to maintain Chinese economic high-and middle-speed growth in the next period of time,fixed asset investment needs to maintain higher speed growth.The mainly measures are from the following aspects: consumption stimulus,tax reduction,product quality,house prices stable,Optimization of industrial investment structure.
