Research Of Increasing Company Value By Asset Securitization And Financial Derivatives

As foreign companies enter China and our companies are launched fierce competition. China's companies should begin to attempt to use innovative financial services to enhance their income. From the perspective of financial management, with a view to increasing company value, this paper discusses how to manage the company's cash flow, assets efficiency and corporate risk by the assets securitization of and the financial derivatives as a whole.
