The Management Mode Of Small Hydropower Station Commissioned

In Modern society, there are many opportunities for the development of the small hydropower stations. There are many spaces for win-win cooperation between the investors and the professional management companies.By useing Marketing, Economics, project management and other analytical tools, the development trends of commission management on the small hydropower station are analyzed. It is discussed how to apply the project management mode into the commission management of the small hydropower station. Two commission management modes, the entire commission model and the professional commission management model, are put forward in the paper. By Comparising the strengths and weaknesses of the two modes, the application ranges of the two models are analyzed. The research results may provide a choice of reference on the management model of the small hydropower stations commissioned.
