Evaluation To The Commission Management Of Electric Power Project

Based on lessons from domestic and international related research result aboutelectric power project management, concerning that our country is promoting thismanagement mode gradually; this thesis deeply analyzes the contents andmanagement emphasis of each project management stage, from the investor's pointof view. To promote the successful development of electric power constructionproject management contract in China smoothly, combining the consideration of theexisting management level, this paper puts forward an index estimation system,which is combined by quantitative as well as qualitative index and can dynamicallyreflect the manage process and result. This estimation system is used to check themanagement level from the opportunity research stage to the preliminaryoperational stage of project. Based on the trait of this index system, the weight of allindexes are confirmed by analytical hierarchy process together with expert'sevaluation, then set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to measure themanage level. Finally it chooses four projects to verify the feasibility andapplicability of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model.
