Study On Organizational Structure Optimization Of Guodian Shuangyashan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.

With the expansion of the scale enterprises and the change of working mode, the original organizational structure of Guodian Shuangyashan power generation corporation exposed many problems that have already constrained the further healthy development of enterprises. How to optimize the organizational structure and improve the working efficiency,that became an urgent need. Based on the analysis and diagnosis of the organizational structure's status of Guodian Shuangyashan power generation corporation, this paper pointed out the main issues in the organizational structure, proposed organizational structure optimization and adjustment the contingency factor and the basic principles of organizational structure optimization, established a new organizational structure and define the responsibilities of the main department; finally, this paper analyzed the executive resistance of organizational structure optimization and put forward strategies to overcome the resistance.
