The Simulation Study On Dynamic Corporate Governance Based On SWARM

Corporate governance issue has become the focus of attention and research with the increasingly fierce market competition of globalization. The modern company has not an effective solution to the agency problem, even in the Western countries which corporate governance theory is more mature. The interests of the company impaired because the participants of companies are taking maximizing its own interests as the goal, at the same time, it's the reason of the deviates of the company's goals and the social optimal goals.In this paper, according to the principle of Systems Science, we use the analysis methods to analyze the corporate governance issues based on the research of the theory of corporate governance. Corporate governance system is a composition by the various independent intelligent subsystems, with the interrelated and the interaction between the internal and external environment, the movement, change and development of corporate governance system is appeared. It's showing a variety of forms of corporate governance models and different stages of development. Corporate governance system in different stages of development with different performance characteristics of the development, it's manifesting the individuality characteristic; its entire development process embodies diverse characteristics; its development tendency manifests is hastening the assimilation characteristic. With the main governance issues of the development of enterprises in the different period, this paper will divide the corporate governance system into formative, growing, developing and maturing period, and thus built a dynamic company management system model.This paper simulate the partly actions of the dynamic corporate governance system from the perspective of system simulation,to simulate the entire development process of the dynamic corporate governance system by using SWARM to simulate the interaction of agents,to verify the effectiveness of the governance model of dynamic corporate governance system. Paper also uses the dynamic corporate governance theory to analyze the current private enterprises'corporate governance. The results of this study hope to find some ways for corporate governance in China's national conditions,to help the Chinese enterprises to improve corporate governance structure and improve enterprise performance of management.
