| Currently whether about FDI can produce the question of the industry security or not, it causes an extremely controversy in China. Although FDI is an important means to attract foreign capital and technology,its impact on the Industrial security can not be ignored. To establish a set of safety warning system of our country important industries,the author consider that it is extremely essential to take preventive measures.Our country present stage was still in the period of vigorously prompting the industrialization, the industry had already promoted to be a pillar industry of the national economy. Up to the end of 2006, the proportion of the industry use amount of foreign investment accounts for the national use total amount of the foreign investment reaches as high as above 70%. Therefore chosen the industry as an object of study, this article establishes safety warning system of our country industry and carries on the empirical analysis. It draws the related research conclusion. In view of the questions in the conclusion and the research, it proposes to the suggestions and the countermeasures, and hopes to provide the reference for the parties concerned.Paper first comprehensively reviews theories of FDI to the influence of industrial safety as well safety warning system in domestic and foreign, on basis of the analyses and the summaries, and obtains the questions to need to solve and the starting point; Next, combining predecessor's researches with the influences of FDI to our industry, it constructs the new indicator system. Then according to the characteristic of data and the research condition, it chooses a method which determinates weight and the police limit as well forecast model; Finally through the empirical analysis, it obtains the present safe conditions and possibly appearance in the future, and provides the corresponding suggestions in according to the questions to establish a safety warning system and maintain to safety of our country industry. |
